We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Executive – Accounts & Admin to manage day-to-day accounting activities and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting tools like Tally and MS Excel, with a sound understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance. Key Responsibilities: Maintain daily financial transactions and records. Record all accounting entries (sales, purchases, payments, receipts, etc.). Reconcile bank statements and cash books. Process vendor bills and handle payables. Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and other applicable laws. Timely filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).
