Designation : Account Executive.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.

Location: Vastrapur, Ahmedabad.

Experience: 2- 4 years.

Job Type: Full time.

Timing: 9.00 A.M to 6.00 P.M.

Work Week: 5 Days (Sat/Sun off).

Salary: As per industry standards.

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in accounting and finance. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in Tally and be well-versed in day-to-day accounting activities including purchase and sales entries, journal entries, and statutory filings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of purchase and sales entries in Tally.
• Record and reconcile journal entries.
• Handle TDS reconciliation and filing as per statutory requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate GST filing and compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Monitor and maintain vendor and customer accounts.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Solid understanding of TDS, GST, and accounting standards.
• Experience with financial reporting and reconciliations.
• Languages – English (Mandate), Hindi / Gujarati (Preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Tally or similar accounting software.
• Experience in a similar role within a corporate or mid-sized company.

Pay: ₹9,794.91 - ₹32,379.33 per month
