Account Executive

Position: Accounts Executive Experience: 0-1 Years Qualification: B.Com & M.Com Location: Savli , Vadodara Job Description (JD): Bank Receipt Entries: Responsible for accurately recording all incoming bank transactions. Providing scan copy of cheques deposited to collection department on daily basis: Ensuring timely submission of scanned copies of deposited cheques to the collection department. Bank Charges Management: Handling bank charges reconciliation for Kotak Bank, Citi Bank, and Union Bank. Accounts Payable (AP) Booking for Transporters: Recording accounts payable transactions related to transporter payments. Debit Note Processing Related to Supply Chain Management (SCM): Managing and processing debit notes associated with the supply chain management process. IT Skills: Basic Knowledge of Accountancy and Taxation. Proficiency in MS Office suite. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, proficiency in accounting principles, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with other departments.
