Account Executive

In order to be a successful candidate, we are looking for individuals who possess: - Minimum 2 years of work experience in the insurance industry - Strong spoken and written communication skills in English - "Hunger" to achieve and a "Can do" attitude - Passion for working in a tech startup environment - Ability to stay organized and disciplined to meet targets - Strong domain knowledge of Insurance broking Your key strengths should include: - Persistence - Discipline - Deep understanding of sales techniques - Experience in selling to CHROs, HR teams, or CFOs (Finance team experience is a plus) Please note that the compensation package is flexible based on the right fit for the role.
