Role Overview: You will manage and grow a strategic accounts by directing the organic growth strategy, annual account planning, identifying key growth opportunities, and ensuring overall financial health of accounts within your portfolio. Your responsibilities will include developing strategic client relationships, driving profitable growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and acting as a trusted advisor to make the client successful and committed to Wipro's long term goals. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your 15+ years of experience in selling IT Services in Tier-1 or Tier-2 organizations to drive growth within the strategic account portfolio. - Demonstrate strong knowledge of global delivery model (GDM) and methodologies, while cross-selling various service lines for customers. - Present and interact at all levels, showcasing consultative sales capability. - Collaborate across teams in different service lines to anchor together for the account's success. - Manage a multi-million USD account across various geographies, focusing on strong Account Management and building client relationships at all levels. - Carry targets on revenue, bookings, and OM, while resolving any people management issues within Wipro teams. - Generate leads by interacting with customers in various lines of business to expand Wipro's footprint. - Present and publish proposals, both proactive ones and responses to RFP/RFIs. - Work closely with senior customer team (CIO, VPs, and Directors) to suggest, advice, evaluate, and prime business growth. Qualifications Required: - At least 15+ years of experience in selling IT Services in Tier-1 or Tier-2 competitive organizations. - Strong knowledge of global delivery model (GDM) and methodologies, with the ability to cross-sell various service lines for customers. - Ability to present and interact at all levels, with consultative sales capability. - Experience in working and collaborating across teams in various service lines and anchoring together for the account's success. - Exposure to delivery, sales, or pre-sales roles. - Managed a multi-million USD account across various geographies. - Strong Account Management skills, including building and managing client relationships at all levels. - Ability to carry targets on revenue, bookings, and OM. - Experience in generating leads by interacting with customers to expand business footprint. - Experience in presenting and publishing proposals. - Ability to work closely with senior customer team to suggest, advice, evaluate, and prime business growth.
