Role Overview:
The Account Executive will manage core bookkeeping, client reporting, and financial operations for U.S. clients. This role requires proficiency in accounting software and strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks / Xero
• Prepare, review, and maintain financial reports
• Handle AP/AR processes and client invoicing
• Perform bank reconciliations and month-end closing
• Coordinate with clients for day-to-day accounting needs

Requirements:

• 0–2 years experience in accounting (US accounting preferred)
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks / Xero
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Effective communication skills with clients
• Ability to work in US shift
