Experience : 3-5 Years in Accounts | Location : Amrutahalli | 6 days Work Week| Salary : 30-35 K pm | Timings: 9.30 am - 7.00 pm
Qualification : Bcom/Mcom/CA Inter/CA Pursuing/MBA in financeWFOffice Job | F2f interview at AmrutahalliJob Description- Proper Checking and Posting of accounting voucher (as Purchase, Sales, Bank and Cash transactions etc)- Preparing Vendor payment aging list or outstanding receivables list- Tracking Accounts Receivable & Payables- Ensure about periodic reconciliation of Debtor and Creditors- Preparing Monthly P & L and comparison reports- Knowledge & experience of GST Filing will be helpful- Ensure that all transactions recorded correctly in Tally & other Software on timely basis- Ensure timely book keeping and reconciliation of Inter Company transactions- BRS (Bank Reconciliation Statement)- Basic knowledge of statutory dues TDS, GST returns, GST Refunds- Providing Data / Information / Audit Schedules for Internal and External Audit and ensure timely completion of the same- Assist in meeting timeline of monthly / quarterly / yearly closing- Monthly Balance report with Ageing Analysis- Reconciliation between invoicing system and financial systemRequirements:- Good communication, presentation skills- Proficient in English- Good knowledge of Tally | MS Office/Excel- Problem solving Skill |Work independently and delivering results
