We are looking for an experienced and detail oriented - Mid level Account Executive to join our team. Experience - 2 years Location - Navi Mumbai, Turbhe. *Immediate Joiner will highly preferred* A. Job Description – Account Executive (Mid-Level) 1. Prepare and maintain accurate records in tally including sales, purchase, expense, bank, general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. 2. Reconcile bank accounts, customer ledgers, vendor ledgers, identifying discrepancies and resolving them in a timely manner. 3. Process payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payments. 4. Processing reimbursements. 5. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filings and audits. 6. Communicate with owners of company and other stakeholders like consultants. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2. Experience (minimum 2 years) as an Accountant or in a similar role. 3. Strong knowledge of accounting concepts, journal entries and golden rules of accounting. 4. Proficiency with accounting software like Tally and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
