Account Executive

As an Accounts Executive at Ivanka Lumiere, specializing in proforma invoices, you will be a key player in our sales operations. Your main role will involve accurately preparing proforma invoices for our international and domestic clients, while closely collaborating with the sales team to ensure alignment with customer agreements. Responsibilities: - Generate proforma invoices based on customer orders and sales agreements. - Ensure accuracy and completeness of invoice details, including pricing, terms, and shipping information. - Coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to expedite invoicing processes. - Provide support to sales representatives and customers regarding invoice inquiries and adjustments. Requirements: - Strong proficiency in preparing proforma invoices and managing invoicing processes. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. - Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, TALLY) and MS Office Suite.
