Account Executive

As an Accounts Executive at Ivanka Lumiere, you will be an essential part of our sales operations, focusing on preparing accurate proforma invoices for our diverse clientele. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure that all invoice details align with customer agreements. Responsibilities: - Generating proforma invoices based on customer orders and sales agreements. - Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of invoice details, including pricing, terms, and shipping information. - Coordinating with sales, logistics, and finance teams to streamline invoicing processes. - Providing assistance to sales representatives and customers regarding invoice inquiries and adjustments. Requirements: - Proficiency in preparing proforma invoices and managing invoicing processes. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. - Familiarity with ERP software (e.g., SAP, TALLY) and the MS Office Suite.
