Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented B2B Sales Associate to join our growing team. As a key member of the Sales & Business Development department, you will play a crucial role in driving sales of our innovative SaaS product within international markets. Your responsibilities will include leading international sales efforts, shaping a positive sales culture, exceeding sales quotas, and optimizing CRM processes in collaboration with the founders. Your main responsibilities will involve leading the charge in selling our B2B SaaS product to clients across international markets, understanding their unique needs, and effectively communicating the value proposition. You will also be responsible for shaping a positive sales culture, exceeding sales quotas through strategic planning and effective lead sourcing, optimizing CRM tools for accurate data management, staying informed about industry trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to a unified approach in meeting customer needs. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A proven track record of successfully selling B2B SaaS products to international customers, strong sales acumen, experience in shaping a positive sales culture within a team, proficiency in lead sourcing, impactful demos, negotiation, and building successful partnerships are also required. Adaptability to work in flexible shifts considering international time zones is essential. Key competencies for this role include selling skills, account management, outbound prospecting, adaptability, communication skills, and familiarity with the US / UK / Australian market and shifts.
