Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive based in Ahmedabad. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing strong relationships with clients, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include handling client communications, coordinating with internal teams, and providing updates to clients. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities and maintaining detailed records of client interactions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client management and account handling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams and manage multiple client accounts
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using client management software and tools
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and a proactive attitude
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the healthcare or cosmetic industry is a plus
