Job Description

We are Hiring For Accounts Executive

Location - Pune

Roles and Responsibilities -

  • Perform daily and monthly reconciliation of bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records
  • Maintain accurate records of all reconciliation activities
  • Assist in preparing reports related to account balances and transactions
  • Support the finance team with data entry, invoice processing, and basic accounting tasks
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve reconciliation issues
  • Use Excel for data analysis, formatting, and preparing summary reports

Required Skills:

  • 2–3 years of experience in accounts and reconciliation
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas like VLOOKUP, SUM, FILTER, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
