Industry & Sector:

Retail jewellery and luxury accessories wholesale and retail distribution across India, servicing retail chains, independent jewellers, and corporate gifting clients. On-site sales role driving B2B and retail revenue growth from field operations.Account Executive Jewellery IndustryLocation: India (On-site)Role & Responsibilities
  • Own and grow a defined portfolio of retail and wholesale jewellery accountsdevelop territory plans and convert opportunities into repeat orders.
  • Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach, upselling, and cross-selling of collections and customised pieces.
  • Execute regular store and client visits to implement merchandising standards, conduct product trainings, and ensure optimal in-store presentation.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and supply contracts with buyers and channel partners to protect margin and secure favourable SLA.
  • Manage end-to-end order lifecycle: order placement, coordination with production/design, delivery tracking, invoicing support, and timely collections.
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records, prepare accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports, and represent the brand at trade shows and client events.

  • Comfortable working full-time on-site with frequent travel to customer locations and trade events across the assigned territory.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in regional languages is an advantage.
