About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting functions including bookkeeping, journal entries, and reconciliations.
Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and records.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and client invoicing.
Perform monthly bank reconciliations and expense tracking.
Support in preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Assist with internal and external audits.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely closing of accounts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance (M.Com preferred).
2–3 years of relevant work experience in accounting/finance.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Proficiency in Tally ERP/QuickBooks/MS Excel or similar accounting software.
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and time management.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
