Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations, maintain records, and ensure statutory compliance related to taxation and company law. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, GST, TDS, and financial reporting, along with strong communication and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor daily fund flow and maintain transaction records.
• Reconcile receivable and payable accounts and ensure accuracy in ledgers.
• Prepare reports, financial statements, and provide periodic updates to management.
• Handle banking-related tasks and liaise with banks and financial institutions (NBFCs).
• Ensure timely filing of GST and TDS returns, and update the team on taxation rule changes.
• Finalize accounts and assist during internal and external audits.
• Ensure legal compliance related to ROC filings and Company Law.
• Communicate effectively with clients and vendors for resolving financial queries.
• Maintain documentation including vouchers, invoices, payment records, etc.

Required Skills:

• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of GST and TDS compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
• Ability to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies effectively.
