Job Description:

The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate accounting records, assisting in the preparation of financial reports, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. This role supports the finance department in handling billing, bookkeeping, taxation, and audits.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries.
  • Record day-to-day financial transactions using accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks).
  • Ensure all transactions are properly documented and categorized.
  • Prepare and process vendor payments and monitor due dates.
  • Raise invoices and follow up on receivables.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and report mismatches.
  • Track cash flow and maintain petty cash records.
  • Assist with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory filings.
  • Prepare data for tax audits and internal reviews.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Generate MIS reports as required by management.
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, auditors, and banks.
  • Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Skills Required:

  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/SAP/QuickBooks).
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and time management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
