We are seeking a Carbon Projects Manager to anchor the project documentation, lifecycle emissions analysis, and registry-related coordination for this initiative. This role bridges engineering & sustainability , and will be pivotal in ensuring that the project meets the eligibility and data standards of Puro.earth , Isometric , or similar carbon credit registries. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Development & Documentation • Support preparation of Project Idea Notes (PINs), Project Design Documents (PDDs), and Monitoring Plans. • Coordinate with engineering and plant teams to collect data on CO₂ flows, ash composition, and carbonate yield. • Develop life-cycle inventories and emissions baselines aligned with registry methodologies. • Interface with verifiers and registry partners for validation and verification cycles. 2. MRV & Data Management • Design sampling and monitoring protocols for CO₂ utilisation, ash feedstock, and product quality. • Maintain accurate records of plant throughput, CO₂ usage, and conversion rates. • Work with laboratory partners to test material properties and carbon content. • Assist in preparing monitoring reports for issuance cycles and third-party audits. 3. Carbon Accounting & Finance Linkage • Estimate carbon removal potential and support issuance forecasts. • Contribute data to the financial model to link CO₂ sequestration volumes with potential CORC revenues. • Keep abreast of national frameworks (CCTS, Article 6.4, Indian Compliance Market) for future project alignment. 4. Policy, Partnerships & Communication • Liaise with registry officials, MRV consultants, and project verifiers. • Coordinate with sustainability certification bodies (LEED, GRIHA) for material validation. • Prepare concise project briefs, updates, and communication decks for management and partners. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Carbon Management . 5–6 years of experience in carbon projects, sustainability consulting, or industrial MRV/data roles. Experience preparing or supporting documentation for Puro, Verra, Gold Standard, or Isometric projects preferred. Proficiency in Excel-based data analysis and carbon modelling (pivot tables, formulas, sensitivity analysis). Strong technical writing, attention to detail, and familiarity with process industry data. Compensation • Salary: As per Industry standards
