Role & responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including data entry, vouchers, billing, and bank reconciliation.
  • Maintain financial records and assist in preparing reports.
  • Support office administration activities like filing, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Manage incoming/outgoing emails, phone calls, and courier services.
  • Assist in HR/office tasks such as attendance, stationery management, and coordination with vendors.
  • Provide support to management in day-to-day operations

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate in Commerce/Accounts or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting software (Tally/ERP) and MS Office.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Prior experience in accounts/office administration preferred.
