Job Description

Job title: Account Executive

Location: Vasai

Finance Duties

  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and monthly cash flow statements.
  • Maintain petty cash, income, and expense records.
  • Process invoices, track payments (via Excel & Zoho), and manage cash flow.
  • Follow up with clients for payments and assist with tax preparations.
  • Handle EPFO, GST, TDS, and salary disbursements on a monthly basis.
  • Manage vendor relationships and maintain purchase order records.
  • Draft agreements, NDAs, and other financial documentation.
  • Ensure timely processing of approved transactions.

Administrative Duties

  • Track and maintain inventory and office assets (e.g., laptops, ACs, furniture).
  • Manage office supplies and arrange for prints/stamp papers as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of office books and supplies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in finance/accounting and office administration.
  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting tools such as Zoho.
  • Strong knowledge of tax regulations and statutory compliance (EPFO, GST, TDS).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,417.93 - ₹15,000.00 per month
