Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated, Skilled and talented Account Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, preparing reports, reconciling bank statements, and supporting the overall accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Perform day-to-day book keeping activities,

Maintain accounts payable/receivable to Vendors.
Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts on a regular basis.
Process Vendor invoices, Site engineer expense claims, and payments.
Help in preparing tax returns and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
Maintain organized and accurate financial records.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Relevant accounting experience.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Experience with accounting software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
