Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive with hands-on experience in Busy Accounting Software to manage day-to-day accounting activities, taxation, and financial records. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge and the ability to work independently.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Busy Software
• Handle sales, purchase, journal, and cash/bank entries
• Manage GST compliance – GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2A reconciliation
• Prepare invoices, debit/credit notes
• Maintain accounts receivable & payable
• Bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
• TDS calculation, deduction & return filing
• Maintain stock & inventory records
• Assist in monthly & yearly closing of accounts
• Coordinate with CA for audits and returns
• Maintain proper documentation and financial records
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficient in Busy Accounting Software
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation
• Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel & MS Office
• Understanding of bookkeeping & accounting principles
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Educational Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent
• Additional accounting certification preferred

Experience Required

• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience
• Experience in manufacturing or trading industry preferred
