Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive with strong bookkeeping and accounting experience, specifically from a manufacturing company background. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting activities, bookkeeping, bank-related work, and supporting overall financial operations. The ideal candidate should have sound accounting knowledge, hands-on bookkeeping experience, and accuracy in handling financial data.

Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping & Accounting

  • Maintain daily bookkeeping records, including sales, purchases, expenses, and payments.
  • Prepare and update ledgers, journals, and cash books accurately.
  • Assist in monthly closing activities, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Maintain systematic documentation of invoices, vouchers, bills, and receipts.
  • Support preparation of basic financial statements and MIS reports as required.

Bank-Related Work

  • Handle bank-related activities such as deposits, withdrawals, cheque submissions, and updates.
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records.
  • Coordinate with banks for statements, clarifications, and required documentation.
  • Prepare and track NEFT/RTGS transactions, payments, and vendor settlements.

General Accounting Support

  • Assist senior accountants during audits and financial reviews.
  • Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation (if required).
  • Coordinate with internal teams for billing, payment follow-ups, and vendor/customer queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–3 years of hands-on bookkeeping and accounting experience.
  • Mandatory experience in a Manufacturing Company.
  • Knowledge of accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles, cost accounting, and banking procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic office tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
