About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial activities of the company. The candidate will handle all accounting-related work, including bookkeeping, GST, TDS, vendor payments, bank reconciliation, and preparation of financial reports. Prior experience in a manufacturing setup will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and bookkeeping.
• Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable processes.
• Prepare and maintain GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance records.
• Perform bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and credit/debit note preparation.
• Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records with accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and auditors regarding accounting queries.
• Assist in preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up for timely collections.
• Maintain documentation, invoices, receipts, and all financial records as per company standards.
• Support the finance team during audits, MIS reports, and month-end closing.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation (GST & TDS).
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally ERP / Tally Prime mandatory).
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and record-keeping skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good communication skills.

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or related qualification.
• Experience: 1 to 5 years in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing company.
