Industry: Manufacturing Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a Store Manager with 2-4 years of experience in inventory management, material handling, and stock control. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing store operations, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring efficient material flow to support business operations. Key Responsibilities: Inventory & Stock Management: Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper inventory control. Conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and maintain optimal inventory levels. Oversee stock movement, receipts, and dispatch of materials. Implement inventory control measures to prevent shortages or excess stock. Material Handling & Procurement: Ensure timely availability of materials for production and other departments. Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams for stock replenishment. Manage incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring quality checks and documentation. Store Operations & Management: Organize and manage the storage area to ensure easy access and retrieval of materials. Supervise store staff, ensuring adherence to store procedures and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the storage area. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain proper records of stock transactions and generate reports as needed. Track material usage and prepare stock consumption reports. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Key Skills & Requirements: Experience: 2-4 years in store management, inventory handling, or warehouse operations. Educational Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory management software (ERP, Tally, etc.) Strong understanding of stock control techniques and store operations Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze stock movement and optimize inventory. Attention to Detail: Accuracy in record-keeping and reporting. Communication & Coordination: Ability to work effectively with procurement, production, and finance teams. Physical Fitness: Ability to manage material handling and store supervision.
