Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including TDS return filing, GST payments and returns, and Bank Guarantee documentation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in accounting operations, statutory compliance, and coordination with financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Record and manage daily accounting entries (sales, purchases, payments, receipts, journals)

Prepare and file TDS returns (24Q, 26Q) and ensure timely TDS payments

Monthly GST calculation, payment, and return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9)

Reconciliation of GSTR-2A/2B with input credit registers

Handle Bank Guarantee (BG) documentation — including applications, renewals, tracking expiry, and coordination with banks

Coordinate with clients/customers for BG submissions and follow-up

Perform bank reconciliations, vendor account reconciliations, and maintain ledgers

Prepare monthly MIS reports, Balance Sheets, and Profit & Loss statements

Support in payroll processing, staff reimbursements, and audit preparations

Maintain records of all tax payments, challans, and financial documents

Required Skills & Qualifications:

B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance

2–5 years of experience in core accounting functions

Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, GST and TDS portals

Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, and Bank Guarantee procedures

Experience in working with banks for BG issuance and follow-up

Good communication and documentation skills

Salary: Based on experience and industry standards
