Key Responsibilities: - Turn client needs into smart, strategic plans using the platform's capabilities - Identify high-impact use cases and solve them creatively - Craft aspirational use cases aligned with the product's future direction - Translate the product roadmap into inspiration for clients - Act as the connection between client requirements and product capabilities - Shape product-driven solutions that surprise clients - Create creative briefs that inspire the production team - Ensure alignment and growth between Creative and Product capabilities Qualifications Required: - Direct experience in shaping strategic plans with clients in a creative tech, SaaS, or agency environment - Ability to translate ambitious ideas into concrete use cases, roadmaps, or briefs - Cross-functional experience between product, creative, and commercial teams - Comfortable discussing product roadmaps and using them for inspiration - Skilled at asking the right questions to understand client needs - Experience in shaping creative briefs that lead to exceptional work - Ideally, exposure to AI, creative tools, or emerging tech Additional Details: Brandtech+ values ambition, imagination, inspiration, learning, and results-focus.
