Account cum MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, vouchers, invoices, and receipts.
• Prepare and maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
• Handle bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Generate MIS reports, financial statements, and dashboards using Advanced Excel.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for payment follow-ups and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in ERP/accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.).
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Work closely with the finance team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Index-Match, Power Query, Dashboards, Macros preferred).
• Familiarity with Tally ERP, SAP, or other accounting software.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,920.82 - ₹31,120.78 per month
