Required Skills & Experience

8+ years
of progressive experience in Digital Customer Experience and Call Centre
business development, Inside Sales, or ABM roles with leading BPO services companies
.
Strong understanding of
Digital Customer Experience (DCX)
/ Support Service ( Customer Support & Tech Support) solutions, market trends, and buyer personas.
Proven track record of generating measurable pipeline and revenue impact through Inside Sales and ABM programs in driving both Customer Support and Tech Support businesses.
Ability to translate complex DCX solutions into simple, compelling value propositions.
Experience with ABM platforms and tools (e.g., HubSpot etc).
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
Cross-functional collaboration experience working with sales, pre-sales, delivery, and product teams.
Ability to manage multiple account programs simultaneously.

Must Have

Experience in B2B tech or CX transformation consulting.
Familiarity with enterprise-level consultative selling.
Prove track of driving pipeline and revenue in selling support services.
