Job Title: Accounts Assistant Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh Company: Teerth Gopicon Limited Experience: 1-3 Years Job Overview: Teerth Gopicon Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Assistant to join our finance team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in payment processing and a strong understanding of accounting principles. This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and a proactive approach to financial operations. Key Responsibilities: Process payments, invoices, and financial transactions in a timely manner. Maintain records of day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accuracy. Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and reconciliations. Handle accounts payable and receivable functions efficiently. Work closely with senior accountants to ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations. Assist in audits and financial documentation as required. Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders regarding payments and financial queries. Ensure compliance with company accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in payment processing and accounting. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, or similar) and MS Excel. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other financial regulations. Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
