Account Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
• Respond to inquiries regarding financial matters from internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in payroll preparation and other administrative tasks as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Use to on Tally prime for daily Sales & Purchase entry.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role is a plus.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime, Tally ERP9) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel & Word).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
