Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled FATEK PLC Programmer Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automation systems for our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with FATEK PLCs, Kinco HMIs, ladder logic programming, panel wiring, and circuit diagram interpretation, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet quality standards. Key Responsibilities: PLC Programming: Develop, program, and configure FATEK PLC systems for automation projects. HMI Development: Design and implement Kinco HMI interfaces for operator control and monitoring. Ladder Logic Creation: Write and test ladder logic programs to control manufacturing processes. Panel Wiring: Oversee the wiring of control panels, ensuring compliance with electrical standards. Circuit Diagram Interpretation: Read and interpret electrical schematics to facilitate system design and troubleshooting. Project Management: Ensure timely completion of projects, adhering to deadlines and quality standards. Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and production teams to understand system requirements and integrate PLCs with other automation systems. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve PLC-related issues to minimize downtime. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of program changes, wiring diagrams, and project specifications. Training: Provide technical support and training to staff on PLC operations and programming techniques Experience: At least 2-3 year of relevant experience in PLC& HMI programming in any automation Industries. Recently done PLC Programming Course can be applied. Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Diploma (Electrical/Electronics) Additional course: FATEK PLC & Kinco HMI automation course (Recently) Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a manufacturing or industrial automation environment. Skills: Familiarity with FATEK PLC and Kinco HMI systems, Proficient in understanding logics related to PLC, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
