Job Description

Role:- Account Assistant

Location:- Gandhidham(Gujarat)

Exp :- 5-7 years of experience in Logistics and Shipping.


The Executive’s responsibility is to manage all financial transactions related

to Receivables includes Billing and accounting of Receipts. Also, include

auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements,

Taxation at the Branches /Ports.

Sales, Purchase and Expenses related entries to be done

 Submitting Sale Invoice to related clients

 Maintaining Physical and soft copies of Sale, Purchase, Expenses,

Bank, TDS etc.

 Coordination with other branches for any account related matter.

 Ensuring TDS and GST filing is done on time

 Maintaining and preparing monthly budgets

 Passing Journal Entries in Tally.

 Handling major clients accounts reconciling on quarterly basis.
