Job Overview:

Accounts & Admin Executive (Female)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle routine office administration and daily operational tasks.
  • Prepare, draft, and send out business proposals.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams when required.
  • Support accounts-related activities as needed.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in an Accounts/Admin role.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
