About the Role :

As a Counselor, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance to students on all aspects of accommodation in abroad, with a particular focus on securing appropriate and comfortable accommodation. Youll work closely with a diverse group of people coming from both leading MNCs such as McKinsey, BCG, KPMG, Deloitte, EY, and startups such as Byjus, Paytm etc. to establish, nurture, and grow business across categories & territories.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Assist students in understanding different types of housing arrangements, such as university dormitories, private rentals, homestays, and shared apartments.
• Research and identify suitable accommodation options based on students' preferences, budget, and location.
• Collaborate with accommodation providers, real estate agents, and university housing offices to secure housing for students.
• Assist students with accommodation applications, lease agreements, and any related paperwork.
• Prepare students for living abroad by providing information on housing regulations, safety tips, and cultural considerations.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns students may encounter with their accommodation.

What we are looking for :

• Bachelors degree in any or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in student counseling, study abroad advising, or a similar role with a focus on accommodation.
• Strong knowledge of accommodation options for international students and related processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and accommodation providers.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
