Accessories Head

The Accessories Head is responsible for managing all operations related to automobile accessories at the dealership. This includes sales, inventory, supplier management, fitment, customer satisfaction, budgeting, and ensuring profitable growth of the accessories business. The role also involves coordinating with other departments (sales, workshop, parts, service) to deliver a seamless customer experience.

- Set monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets for accessories.
- Drive accessory sales through showroom walk-ins, promotions, upselling, and by bundling with new vehicle sales.- Monitor market trends for accessories, customize offers suitable for Goa’s customer base.- Support marketing team in promotions, campaigns for accessories.

- Maintain optimal stock levels; forecast demand accurately.
- Ensure fast and accurate fitment of accessories (both basic and specialized).- Coordinate with the workshop/fitment teams for schedule, tools, quality of work.

- Lead, train and evaluate the accessories team (sales staff, fitment technicians, storekeepers).
- Define KPIs, monitor performance, ensure team meets targets.
