Job Description

Location: Infinity Hyundai, Sambalpur
Department: Sales

Role Summary

The Accessories Fitter is responsible for fitting, installing, and maintaining automobile accessories in Hyundai vehicles, ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Fit and install accessories like seat covers, music systems, alloy wheels, reverse cameras, sun films, floor mats, roof rails, body kits, etc.
Follow Hyundai’s standard fitting guidelines and safety procedures.
Ensure proper electrical connections while installing electronic accessories.
Coordinate with Sales, PDI, and Service teams for timely delivery of vehicles with accessories.
Inspect fitted accessories for quality and functionality before delivery.
Maintain records of accessories fitted and report to the Accessories Manager/Service Manager.
Keep tools, equipment, and fitting area clean and well-maintained.
Assist in stock checking and safe handling of accessories.
Provide feedback on customer requirements and support in upselling accessories when needed.

Skills & Requirements

Minimum Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Automobile/Electrical (preferred).
1–3 years’ experience in automobile accessories fitting (Freshers with training can also apply).
Knowledge of electrical wiring and vehicle body fittings.
Good hand skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate with multiple teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
