Job Description

Project Controls / PMO Engineering Services

The role centers on Project Planning, Scheduling, Risk Management and Cost Management & Analysis

Experience - 5 to 15 Years

Location - Kormangala, Bengaluru

Shifts - APAC/EMEA/US

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Scheduling: create and maintain integrated schedules (Primavera P6 / MS Project), set baselines, run critical-path analysis and drive mitigation plans.
Cost Management & Analysis: prepare CAPEX/OPEX budgets, perform forecasting, variance analysis and Earned Value Management (EVM).
Risk Management: identify, evaluate and track risks; maintain risk registers and implement contingency plans.
PMO & Reporting: produce dashboards and executive KPI reports (Power BI/Excel), standardize templates and support governance.
Stakeholder Coordination: work closely with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and finance teams.

Must-have

5 - 15 years experience in power utilities, EPC, consulting or renewable projects.
Hands-on with Primavera P6 / MS Project and EVM.
Strong cost analysis, variance reporting and risk management experience.
Experience building dashboards (Power BI preferred).
Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
