Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Academic & Work Visa Counselor to guide students and professionals through academic opportunities and visa processes. The counselor will provide guidance for high school admissions, school tours, visitor visas, and work visas for Europe, while also driving lead generation and outreach activities to expand our candidate base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling to students and professionals on high school admissions, school tours, and academic pathways.
• Guide candidates on visitor visas and work visa options for abroad, including eligibility, documentation, and application processes.
• Assess candidates’ profiles and recommend suitable educational programs or visa pathways.
• Assist candidates with completing application forms, visa documentation, and interview preparation.
• Conduct lead generation activities through cold calling, emails, and other outreach methods to identify potential candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate database, track leads, and follow up on inquiries.
• Conduct webinars, workshops, and one-on-one sessions to educate candidates about programs and visa procedures.
• Keep updated on immigration rules, school admissions policies, and visa regulations across different countries.
• Collaborate with schools, universities, and recruitment partners to facilitate smooth admissions and visa processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, International Studies, Counseling, or related field.
• Prior experience 3+ yrs in student counseling, visa consulting, or international admissions is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of high school admissions, visitor visas, and Europe work visas.
• Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and client outreach.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Empathetic and solution-oriented approach to guide candidates effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online visa/education portals.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to handle multiple candidates and deadlines efficiently.
• Up-to-date knowledge of international education systems and immigration policies.
• Comfortable conducting online and in-person counseling sessions.
