Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Academic Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in student counseling, academic consulting, or overseas education advisory. You will be responsible for guiding students, building strong client relationships, and supporting them through every step of the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students on academic programs, admission requirements, and career pathways.
• Provide guidance on university/college applications, visa procedures, and documentation.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations.
• Coordinate with admission teams and universities to ensure timely application processing.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups.
• Represent the company at education fairs, seminars, and promotional events.
• Build long-term trust and relationships with students and parents.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Education, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in academic counseling, student services, or overseas education consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of university admissions, visa processes, and academic programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
