We are seeking an extremely presentable, well-spoken, and hardworking Academic Counselor to join our team at a reputed online global school. The ideal candidate should possess excellent spoken and written English skills, a pleasing personality, and a student-first approach. You will play a vital role in guiding prospective students and parents through our academic offerings and supporting their enrollment journey.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Counsel students and parents regarding the academic programs offered by the school.
✅ Understand student requirements and suggest suitable academic pathways.✅ Provide accurate information on curriculum, assessments, and support systems.✅ Handle inquiries via phone calls, emails, video calls, and in-person meetings.✅ Maintain regular follow-ups to assist students in the decision-making process.✅ Achieve enrollment targets within set timelines.✅ Maintain and update student records and CRM systems.✅ Represent the school in a highly professional and presentable manner at all times.

Candidate Requirements:

✔ Extremely Presentable & Pleasing Personality
✔ Excellent Spoken & Written English skills
✔ Strong interpersonal and communication abilities✔ Confident, hardworking, and target-oriented✔ Ability to build rapport with parents and students globally✔ Open to working 6 days a week in a fast-paced environment
✔ Prior experience in academic counseling, EdTech, or related fields will be preferred✔ Freshers with excellent communication skills and a confident personality may also apply
