The Academic Sales professional will be responsible for initiating and maintaining effective communications with potential clients, presenting academic solutions, managing sales pipelines, and closing sales. Daily tasks will include making outbound calls, responding to inquiries, providing product information, and performing follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and sales growth. Qualifications Strong Sales and Communication skills Experience with CRM software and sales pipeline management Understanding of academic products and services Proficiency in managing and following up on leads Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and remotely, especially during night shifts Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred Show more Show less
