Sales and Marketing Job Description
Academy BDE is dedicated to delivering outstanding education and training in marketing and business. We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. This role focuses on sales, marketing, and student enrollment, with opportunities for growth, additional incentives, and career development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with colleges and universities to organize seminars, workshops, and internships.
• Conduct targeted sales and marketing activities to promote programs and increase student enrollment.
• Design and implement effective outreach campaigns through various channels to meet enrollment targets.
• Coordinate and assist in the enrollment process, ensuring a seamless experience for students.
• Plan and execute promotional events, both online and offline, to enhance brand visibility.
• Monitor student progress and provide necessary guidance to enhance retention and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, enrollment status, and other relevant data.
• Analyze market trends and feedback to refine marketing strategies and achieve goals.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets, with the opportunity to earn additional incentives.

Requirements:

• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (current students or recent graduates are welcome to apply).
• Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience or interest in marketing, sales, and student engagement.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and deliver measurable results.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or academic program promotion.
• Familiarity with event coordination and student engagement activities.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
