Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong, trusting relationships with students to support academic and personal growth.
• Mentor and motivate students through regular interactions, providing guidance and encouragement.
• Monitor academic performance and identify areas for improvement through continuous assessments.
• Collaborate with teachers and academic teams to design and implement personalized learning strategies.
• Provide one-on-one academic support and study plans tailored to each student’s needs.
• Maintain consistent communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and well-being.
• Organize and lead co-curricular and enrichment activities that promote overall student development.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and behavioural updates.
• Use digital tools and data management systems to analyse student progress and recommend interventions.
• Conduct parent meetings and counselling sessions to align academic goals and support strategies.
• Work closely with counsellors and faculty to address academic or emotional challenges faced by students.
• Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance mentoring and academic skills.
• Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented learning environment.
