Role Overview

As an Academic Mentor, you will play a key role in supporting students enrolled in our Integrated School Program (NEET, JEE, and Board preparation). Your primary responsibility will be to monitor academic progress, provide consistent mentorship, and help students maintain an effective balance between board exam preparation and competitive exam demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance Monitoring:

Track student performance in Daily Practice Problems (DPPs) and Chapter-Wise Exams (CWEs). Analyze data, identify learning gaps, and implement targeted academic strategies to drive improvement.

• Curriculum Alignment:

Ensure comprehensive coverage of both board and competitive exam syllabi. Adapt teaching and evaluation methods to support students’ dual learning requirements effectively.

• Student Mentorship & Support:

Mentor a cohort of 35+ students by maintaining detailed progress records, setting academic goals, conducting regular feedback and doubt-clearing sessions, and ensuring adherence to hostel discipline and academic schedules.

• Parent Communication:

Conduct bi-weekly performance reviews and share updates on student progress, attendance, and overall well-being. Address parent concerns related to academics, curriculum balance, and fee-related matters in a professional and timely manner.
