Job Title: Academic Mentor (NEET/JEE)

Role Overview:
The Student Guidance Mentor is responsible for providing structured academic and motivational support to students preparing for NEET and JEE examinations. The role involves guiding students in planning their study schedules, monitoring academic performance, and fostering an environment that encourages discipline, confidence, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular one-on-one and group mentoring sessions to support students’ academic progression and personal well-being.
• Assist students in formulating structured study plans, setting academic goals, and maintaining consistent preparation.
• Monitor, track, and evaluate students’ performance through daily/weekly assessments, test scores, and study habits.
• Identify areas of academic difficulty and coordinate with faculty members to facilitate targeted academic support.
• Organize and lead periodic progress review discussions with students and parents to communicate performance trends and improvement strategies.
• Provide guidance to students on time management, exam preparation techniques, and stress management.
• Maintain detailed records of student progress, attendance, mentoring sessions, and improvement action plans.
• Promote a positive, disciplined, and accountable learning environment aligned with institutional academic standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required; preference will be given to candidates with a background in Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Prior experience mentoring or supporting NEET/JEE aspirants is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and student engagement skills.
• Demonstrated empathy, patience, and commitment to student success.
• Ability to analyse academic performance data and provide actionable guidance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
