Role Description

This is a full-time, remote Academic Manager role. The Academic Manager will oversee curriculum development and implementation to ensure alignment with national educational standards. Responsibilities include managing educational programs, supporting instructors, analyzing educational outcomes, and maintaining high-quality learning solutions. The Academic Manager plays a vital role in driving excellence and innovation in pre-primary education.

Qualifications

• Experience in Educational Management, including overseeing academic programs and supporting educators.
• Proficiency in Curriculum Development to design and implement high-quality, engaging, and standards-aligned educational content.
• Strong Communication and Analytical Skills to support clear collaboration with teams and analyze educational needs effectively.
• Comprehensive understanding of Education, including familiarity with NEP, NCP, ECCE, or other national standards.
• Proven leadership capabilities and a collaborative approach to achieving organizational goals.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Studies, or a related field.
• Experience in early childhood education or pre-primary education is an advantage.
