Academic In-charge Play School

We focus on building strong foundations in early childhood education through play-based learning, experiential activities, and holistic development. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Academic Incharge to join our team and lead our academic program with creativity and dedication.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

As an Academic Incharge, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the academic operations of the play school, ensuring quality teaching-learning practices and smooth curriculum implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans for all classes (Playgroup to UKG).
• Guide and mentor teachers in effective teaching strategies, classroom management, and child development practices.
• Monitor classroom activities and ensure academic standards are maintained.
• Organize training sessions and workshops for teachers to improve teaching quality.
• Coordinate with management to plan monthly planners, events, and academic calendars.
• Conduct regular classroom observations and provide feedback to educators.
• Ensure learning outcomes align with the school’s vision and early childhood education guidelines.
• Communicate with parents when required and support them in understanding their child’s progress.
• Introduce innovative and engaging activities to make learning fun and meaningful.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education / Education / Psychology (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in preschool teaching or academic coordination.
• Strong understanding of early childhood pedagogy and play-based learning.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for nurturing young minds.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team of teachers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
