Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven "Academic Enrollment Specialist" to join our team. In this role, you will connect with prospective students, provide detailed information about our programs, address their queries, and guide them through the enrollment process. Your goal is to help individuals make informed academic decisions while achieving enrollment and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

Communication: Reach out to potential students via calls, emails, and other communication channels who have expressed interest in our programs.

Program Guidance: Explain program offerings, admission criteria, tuition fees, financial aid options, and career outcomes.

Relationship Building:Establish rapport with students by understanding their educational aspirations and providing personalized advice.

Enrollment Support: Guide candidates through every step of the enrollment process to ensure a seamless and positive experience.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly enrollment goals and other key performance metrics.

Collaboration:Coordinate with admissions and academic teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.

Objection Handling:Address student concerns and provide appropriate solutions to facilitate informed decisions.

Industry Awareness: Stay informed about program updates, education trends, and competitor offerings to provide relevant information.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a related role (experience in education/enrollment services preferred).

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal ability.

* Persuasive and confident communicator capable of converting leads into enrollments.

* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
