• Counselling prospective students and guiding them about the different UG & PG courses offered by IIT/IIM’s.
• Provide guidance and support to junior program advisors, developing and implementing program strategies, and maintaining relationships with clients.
• Analyze program data, identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations for program enhancements.
• Proper data management with the help of CRM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of work experience in EdTech (only executive education)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience working with EdTech specially selling IIT/IIM or technical courses will be an add-on.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree in business administration or a related field is a plus
